Naughty Dog has never officially ported Uncharted 4 to PC. However, in 2015, Sony was experimenting with cross-platform tools for the Unreal Engine 4-based prototype (though U4 actually runs on a heavily modified Naughty Dog Engine 2.0). Some speculate that a disgruntled contractor leaked an early PC-compatible build. R.G. Mechanics, known for their connections to Russian underground game testers, allegedly acquired it. The build was unstable, missing lighting and physics, but technically executable. The group gave up after failing to patch it.
