Under U.S. and international law (including 18 U.S.C. § 2251–2256), any depiction of a minor in a state of nudity for a gallery or collection can be considered child sexual abuse material (CSAM) if it meets legal criteria, and even “innocent” labeling does not change the legal or ethical status.
