Some DME versions have a corrupt Ottoman campaign script. Download a (from a clean ETW install) and overwrite the DME one, then re-launch DME Launcher to re-apply only unit/battle changes. This keeps DarthMod’s combat but fixes the diplomatic/AI loops causing Ottoman lag.
