Bob Lee Swagger (Mark Wahlberg), living in self-imposed exile in the Rockies after a mission went tragically wrong, is approached by Colonel Isaac Johnson (Danny Glover). Johnson claims the President of the United States is the target of a sniper and needs Swagger's expert knowledge to help find a way to stop it.
