Ladybug, a weary American hitman seeking a quiet return to civilian life, is assigned to retrieve a briefcase on a bullet train. Unbeknownst to him, several other assassins with conflicting agendas are on board: a pair of British hitmen brothers (Tangerine and Lemon), a sociopathic young killer (The Prince), a vengeance-seeking wolf (The Wolf), and others tied to a crime boss code-named White Death.
