Firmware updates are separate. Download the .bin firmware file (e.g., NX200_V321.bin ), then in KPG-141D go to and load the file. Warning: Do this with a fully charged battery or external power – interruption bricks the radio.
Note: The older KPG-89D software is for the previous generation (TK-2180/3180 non-"H" models). Do not confuse them. Using the wrong software can corrupt your radio's codeplug.
