Kemulator is a with custom JVM bytecode interpretation. It does not emulate an ARM or TI OMAP processor; instead, it implements the Connected Limited Device Configuration (CLDC 1.1) and Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP 2.0) APIs directly atop Win32.
