The dt01.img (database) does not match the patch’s save file (EDIT.bin). Fix: Go to Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2013\save and delete EDIT.bin . Then, copy the patch’s provided EDIT.bin into that folder. Run the game.
