Look for a file named tecdoc.ini or similar in the installation directory (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\TecAlliance or C:\TecDoc ).
Follow these steps in order. Do not skip the initial backups—they can save hours of reinstallation time.
Create a minimal config file (keeping only mandatory sections) to isolate the faulty part.
Even if the config file is correct, TecDoc may not have permission to read it.
